BFCNET Entreprise Mobile

L’application mobile (IOS / Android) Extension de BFC NET ENTREPRISE permet d’offrir aux dirigeants de l’entreprise, ou aux administrateurs délégués par ce dernier, une interface adaptée à un usage sur leur smartphone. Les fonctions disponibles dans l’application mobile sont :

La consultation des soldes bancaires

Par société

Par devise

Par compte

La consultation des relevés de comptes détaillés sur les 3 derniers jours

Affichage de la liste des opérations bancaires par jour

Détail de chaque opération bancaire

La validation des ordres bancaires

Affichage de la liste des remises bancaires en attente de validation

Détail de chaque remise bancaire (liste des ordres)

Refus d’un ordre ou d’une remise complète

Validation d’une remise ou de plusieurs remises simultanément

Réception des alertes

En mode push, affichage d’une notification

Différenciation des alertes sur solde et sur mouvement

Accès direct au détail des mouvements ou des soldes concernés (y compris le rappel du motif de l’alerte)

Pour les utilisateurs des modules de trésorerie

Consultation des soldes prévisionnels par jour, semaine ou mois.

Les données affichées dans BFCNET Entreprise Mobile sont synchronisées avec l'application web BFCNET Entreprise.

Notez-bien : La signature électronique et la validation des opérations sont 2 notions différentes et complémentaires.

- Les opérations bancaires sont saisies (ou téléchargées) sur l’accès Web BFCNET ENTREPRISE et signées électroniquement sur un ordinateur au moyen d’une clé de type SWIFT 3SK. La signature électronique est obligatoire.

- La validation des opérations peut s’effectuer via l’accès WEB ou l’Appli :elle n’est pas obligatoire mais permet aux dirigeants de s’affranchir d’un matériel de type clé SWIFT.

La validation des opérations via Smartphone doit être paramétrée sous BFCNET ENTREPRISE par l’administrateur. L’utilisateur Mobile reçoit alors une notification lui indiquant qu’une opération est à valider.

By company

Consultation of detailed account statements for the last 3 days

Display of the list of banking transactions by day

Details of each banking transaction

Validation of bank orders

Display of the list of bank discounts awaiting validation

Details of each bank remittance (list of orders)

Refusal of an order or a complete discount

Validation of a discount or several discounts simultaneously

Receive alerts

In push mode, display of a notification

Differentiation of balance and movement alerts

Direct access to details of the movements or balances concerned (including the reminder of the reason for the alert)

For users of treasury modules

Consultation of forecast balances by day, week or month.

The data displayed in BFCNET Enterprise Mobile is synchronized with the BFCNET Enterprise web application.

Please note: Electronic signature and transaction validation are two different and complementary concepts.

    - Banking transactions are entered (or downloaded) on the BFCNET ENTREPRISE web access and signed electronically on a computer using a SWIFT 3SK type key. Electronic signature is mandatory.

    - The validation of operations can be carried out via WEB access or the App: it is not mandatory but allows managers to dispense with material of the SWIFT key type.

The validation of operations via Smartphone must be configured under BFCNET ENTREPRISE by the administrator. The mobile user then receives a notification indicating that an operation is to be validated.
