BFCNET Entreprise Mobile

The mobile application (IOS / Android) Extension of BFC NET ENTREPRISE allows to offer to the directors of the company, or to the administrators delegated by the latter, an interface adapted to a use on their smartphone. The functions available in the mobile application are:

Consultation of bank balances

By company

By currency

Per account

Consultation of detailed account statements for the last 3 days

Display of the list of banking transactions by day

Details of each banking transaction

Validation of bank orders

Display of the list of bank discounts awaiting validation

Details of each bank remittance (list of orders)

Refusal of an order or a complete discount

Validation of a discount or several discounts simultaneously

Receive alerts

In push mode, display of a notification

Differentiation of balance and movement alerts

Direct access to details of the movements or balances concerned (including the reminder of the reason for the alert)

For users of treasury modules

Consultation of forecast balances by day, week or month.

The data displayed in BFCNET Enterprise Mobile is synchronized with the BFCNET Enterprise web application.

Please note: Electronic signature and transaction validation are two different and complementary concepts.

    - Banking transactions are entered (or downloaded) on the BFCNET ENTREPRISE web access and signed electronically on a computer using a SWIFT 3SK type key. Electronic signature is mandatory.

    - The validation of operations can be carried out via WEB access or the App: it is not mandatory but allows managers to dispense with material of the SWIFT key type.

The validation of operations via Smartphone must be configured under BFCNET ENTREPRISE by the administrator. The mobile user then receives a notification indicating that an operation is to be validated.
